Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz and National share one campus, reached by shuttle from Ground Transportation. We are not on it: we bring the car to your terminal instead.

Are the rental counters inside the DTW terminals?
No. Every company works off site on Lucas Drive, reached by a courtesy shuttle.
Do I need the shuttle if my car is delivered?
No. The car meets you at your own terminal's arrivals curb instead.
Does Rochester Car Rental have a counter?
No. We deliver only, with no counter or lot to visit.
When is the counter the better choice?
